1. Complete quality control system: include full quality management chain form supplier management, manufacturing goods quality management, customers management, and ensure quality of products and services from perspective system, which will from a full participation, full aspects control, continuous improvement of the comprehensive quality management system.

2. Full participation, quality management implement: quality issues is closely related to everyone---the determination and participation of senior leaders and every employee; grass-roots staff should establish firmly this management thinking "quality first",  to seek better, quickly, less time & cost, strictly abide rules, do a good job on self and mutual inspection, to detect problems, promptly notify problems to next position, be responsible seriously goods quality and prohibit to fraud and deception. Production manager:  Seriously build awareness of quality for production line workers, rather than only said "everyone must pay attention to quality, quality consciousness”, also should reveal that a little work by someone that not meet the requirements may lead to huge loss for enterprise (we can see which had transformed into money). Ensure that everyone should understand requirements firstly before do everything, and let them understand that it’s a major contribution for company's quality management.

3.Quality control, focus on prevention: a new product before trial production should undergo sample making to small batches and they should be rigorously tested. Constantly improve, enhance technological capability and control problems before they occur.

4. Quality construction: firstly to be correct attitude is important for quality management, do everything seriously and get rid of work "sloppy". The formation of a quality culture, quality idea ensure quality system, quality control methods to be standardized and implemented.
